Nexus Media and Entertainment collects and uses your personal information to operate its website (s) and deliver the services you have requested. Nexus Media and Entertainment collects Google Calendar data to enable the DJ Booking feature. More, specifically, the DJ Portal displays a Calendar for DJs , which obtains its data from Google Calendar. The Skrachy Mobile App also displays a Calendar for the DJ, which obtains its data from Google Calendar. The access to Google Calendar data allows the Skrachy Mobile app user to schedule and book DJs who are registered in the Skrachy DJ Portal for events. Nexus Media and Entertainment collects Google Contacts information. This information is allows DJs to use the Campaign feature to promote their events via SMS or email.

Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from third-party sources. For example, we may collect information about you from social networks, accounting services providers and data analytics providers. Additionally, if you create or log into your Skrachy account through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Facebook, Google, or Twitter), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, lists of friends or followers, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Nexus Media and Entertainment. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Nexus Media and Entertainment website.
